Based on the MSSCP genotyping procedure we offer tools and services for mixed DNA samples analysis to facilatated more accurate estimation of the number of contributors and their genotypes identification. In oncology and virology settings we have demonstrated that the MSSCP genotyping method could discover at heterogenic biological material the presence of the minor genetic variants at the 0,1% level of total genetic material present in the sample. Since it's analytical and preparative method it facilities selected genetic variant extraction (one locus) and individual contributor DNA sequence determination.
